Use product activity data to personalize at scale:

  2. Acknowledge their progress: “Your team has been active — 3 members onboarded this week”
  3. Offer relevant help: “Most teams at your stage benefit from our API — want a walkthrough?”

This isn’t about being creepy. It’s about being helpful at the right moment.
